Lippies for the week
For instance my office day lipstick will be totally different to the shade I wear for a Sunday lunch. Here’s my guide to colours to suit everyday occasions.
Everyday office look
For the office I prefer a shade that will complement a wide range of outfits and has staying power. Estée Lauder’s Pure Long Lasting Lipstick in Hot Copper is perfect. The browny shade is just the right amount of ‘not too deep’ and ‘not too light’.
For power meetings when only the best will do opt for a more dramatic shade that shows you mean business. The Chanel Rouge Coco in Rouge Noir is intensely gorgeous and with the stunning packaging you’ll wow them all.
Out with the girls
When I’m out with the girls I have to stay on trend and Resist from Illamsqua’s Siren Collection is a deep rose pink lipstick with a matte finish that is hugely bang up-to-date.
Out on a date
On a date the high fashion lipstick Ocre Chic Soft Rap Tan by Diorific is an understated shade that gives the perfect balance of style coupled with sophistication.
I like to make a grand entrance wherever I go so the one I carry everywhere is the YSL Rouge Pur Pure lipstick in Opium Red. The intense colour is bound to get you noticed.
An easy and relaxing Sunday equals a chic and subtle shade that reflects the laid-back attitude of the day. Whether it’s a Sunday lunch or a stroll in the park Clinique’s High Impact Lip Colour SPF15 in Plum Nude is my ultimate fav. It’s not too much but still has plenty of impact.
