A day in the life of Aliza Reger

Aliza Reger runs the Janet Reger lingerie business. Aliza is extremely similar to her mother Janet, who passed away five years ago and was the originator of sexy luxury lingerie maximising the use of silk and lace that forever changed women’s underwear. Reger by Janet Reger is just one of the designer diffusion collections available at Debenhams.
Here we take a sneak peek into Aliza’s world with her diary of a typical day…
7.00: Wake up, have a cuddle with my husband and then put on Sky News.
7.15: Have a breakfast of freshly squeezed juice, muesli and blueberries.
7.30: First I do the body brushing with my elemis body brush, I use two to make it go quicker then I shower and finish with cold water every day to get the circulation going and prevent cellulite!
8.30: Get dressed, always pick matching underwear to go with what I’m wearing, I love to wear camisoles with jeans to work, my wardrobe is very organised, colour coordinated and my clothes are grouped but it is still hard to decide what to wear every day! When I am being ultra efficient I put my clothes out the night before.
1.00: Lunch usually involves meetings with press, licensees etc. or I’ll be at home for lunch where I will make myself a salad-I am quite careful with what I eat as chocolate and wine are my weaknesses.
My meeting today was with the buying team from a home shopping channel for which I sometimes make guest appearances. Running a business means that a lot of time is spent number crunching with my accounts manager.
6.00: I try to be at home to watch the simpsons with my daughter whilst still attached to my blackberry and then my husband Andrew and I enjoy cooking dinner together- he recently brought back a fabulous tagine from Morrocco so I have been perfecting my Moroccan cuisine.
Sometimes I will have a late meeting or a drink with friends after work and I often entertain or go to friends for dinner.
11:00pm: I’m an avid reader and I always read before bedtime- can’t wait for Simon Sebag’s new book to come out. After a last look at the blackberry, I write down 5 good things about the day in my beautiful pink note book
12:00pm: It’s time for sleeping, I usually go to sleep around midnight or a bit later. I always try to have an early night but it never really happens that way.
