It’s getting colder and soon braving it to work in your suit or just a jumper isn’t going to do the job.
So, rather than freeze on the way to and from work simply because it’s convenient, get ahead of the crowd get your winter essentials now.
There are lots of great coats and other essentials for the colder weather, and they don’t have to be big and bulky either.
For starters, make sure you head is covered. Without something covering your head you could lose up to 10 per cent in body heat so a navy chunky knitted bobble hat is a no-brainer.
Couple this with a natural chunky Aztec knitted scarf and you’ll be demonstrating the trend to follow during spring/summer 2013 with both feet firmly in 2012.
Next up, and possibly most importantly, is a good coat.
One of our favourites is this navy waxed diamond quilted jacket by Maine New England. It’s diamond quilted with a waxed texture and is detailed with brown corduroy trims.
And if you’re after not only a great coat but also a winter must-have item then look no further than this navy hooded duffle coat from J Jeans by Jasper Conran
This luxury wool blend coat fastens with a zip and duffle buttons, and is finished with buttoned tabs on the cuffs.
So there you have it, winter essentials that won’t break the bank and won’t have you breaking a sweat either.
