Running

Running must be the easiest way to get fit and it’s a great way to shift the Christmas calories. But if the thought of putting on your trainers and t-shirt hasn’t got you running out the door, it’s time for a much needed workout revamp. Step it up a notch with a Tog 24 long sleeved top and running tights. This padded gilet will mean there are no excuses not to get out into the great outdoors. Finally add a flash of colour with these Nike trainers and gloves.

The Gym

Do you find getting dressed for the gym a chore? Don’t worry, we’ve done all the legwork for you. Start with a vibrant pair of trainers that put a smile on your face – colour is key to getting you motivated for the gym. Lightweight clothing is best for exercise so opt for cycling shorts with this Reebok white tank top for a simple look. Practical accessories will get you pumped and ready to workout – make sure you have a cool water bottle on hand to ensure you stay hydrated as you feel the burn.

Yoga

After all that cardio, you’re going to want to stretch out your muscles so yoga is an ideal choice. Make sure you choose form-fitting clothing to help you master those poses. A crop top and knee length leggings will create a clean silhouette while a zip up sweatshirt is great for an extra layer that is comfy enough to stretch in post-workout. All you need to do is grab your yoga mat and go.
