Wear it Pink

Another way you can help raise money for this worthwhile cause is to take part in ‘wear it pink’ day on Friday 24 October. Everyone can get involved – either go all out in a head-to-toe pink assemble, highlight your outfit with pink accessories or simply add a slick of vibrant pink lippie. With pink still a massive colour this autumn-winter you can look good and do good too – take a look at our Pink & Berries trend edit for some inspiration.

The UK’s biggest breast cancer fundraiser, ‘wear it pink’ has raised over £25 million to date, saving and improving countless lives. Every year some of Britain’s best loved celebrities get involved and this year is no different. Alex Jones, Rebecca Adlington, Lauren Pope, Kirstie Allsop and Eliza Doolittle are all taking part in the event with a photoshoot at their respective workplaces to prove just how easy it is to work the pink trend.

Kirstie Allsopp commented, “It’s so easy to get involved in ‘wear it pink’. You can, like me, go all out with a fabulous pink dress or simply highlight your outfit with pink accessories and, men it’s easy for you too – pink socks or a tie always look great! It’s all for such an amazing cause raising vital funds for essential work carried out by Breast Cancer Campaign.”

Let’s help them make it the best year yet!
