QR codes and SaveMe4Later apps explained

The web has definitely gone mobile in recent years with smartphones that can access the web and a variety of apps to make your life (and shopping) that little bit easier. Here are a couple of cool tools we’ve been using and some info on getting the most from them.
What is a QR code?
A QR code is a square barcode used in advertising that can hold information which is shown to the user when scanned. Smartphones can recognise the information when using a relevant scanner app, like the Debenhams iPhone app, which turns your phone’s camera into a barcode scanner. Scanning Debenhams QR codes using your Debenhams app will link to product featured in the advert, Debenhams TV or promotional messages. You can find Debenhams QR codes in our store windows, in our print ads or on our website.
What is SaveMe4Later?
SaveMe4Later is a free service that allows you to save products that you like from our Debenhams Beauty adverts and cardholder Beauty magazine to your private page on SaveMe4Later.com with the option to buy them either on your mobile or on your PC at a later date.
PLUS… By saving a product from the Debenhams December cardholder Beauty magazine or any of our SaveMe4later tagged adverts you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a £5,000 white gold diamond bracelet. See SaveMe4Later.com for full terms and conditions.
