
First thing’s first, you’ll want to know what the Design Team is all about. Essentially, it’s a group of Debenhams shoppers who take part in online research to help us improve things for everyone.
We launched it in October 2008 and there are now 10,000 members who take part in regular online surveys, discussion boards and polls, giving feedback on all aspects of Debenhams including products, stores, service and our website.
It’s your chance to really make a difference in the way we do things. To date, the design team has been involved in over 30 projects including the development of our Beauty Club, in store ordering, new brand reviews such as women’s Mantaray and new department developments such as sport and leisure.
There are extra benefits for those who take part too with regular gift card prize draws and we also report back to our members about how their feedback is changing Debenhams for the better.
It’s also a great opportunity for us to learn more about our customers and we love hearing about what you’ve been buying at Debenhams. One of our Design Team members told us all about her wedding in Cyprus and almost everything for her special day was bought at Debenhams.
