14 Summer Holiday Boredom Busters

Keep the kids entertained and have the answer to every “I’m bored Mum” moment with our 14 fun school holiday activities to get your little ones outdoors making memories…

1. Beach Day

Pack your bucket, spade and beach ball and head down to the coast. Take a dip in the sea, build a sandcastle or play a game of beach volleyball – there’s so much to do at the seaside. Stay safe in the sun with our range of suncare products.

4. Bike Ride

Stretch your legs, put on your helmet and embark on a family bike ride. Who needs to gym when you can exercise for free in the fresh air?

5. Have a Treasure Hunt

Get creative and hide a treasure chest of treats somewhere in the house, the garden or even the park and draw a map of clues for the kids to follow. They’ll have a blast trying to uncover the prize.

6. Visit the Animals at the Zoo

If there is a zoo or farm nearby, have a wander amongst the wildlife. Lots of zoos will have family saver deals and offers on for the school holidays.

7. Fly a Kite

Make the most of a windy day (we’re bound to get a few during a typical English summer) and take the kids kite flying.

8. Throw a Barbecue

Get all your family and friends together and host a barbecue, a fun summer evening for the kids and the grown ups!

9. Go Camping

Embrace the great outdoors, peg your tents up and go camping. Don’t want to venture far into the wilderness? Let the kids have an outdoor sleepover and pitch up in the back garden for the best of both worlds.

10. Take a Dip in the Pool

You don’t need to go abroad to take a dip in the pool. Inflate one in the back garden and splash about in a paddling pool for hours of fun in the sun. Check out all of our outdoor and garden toys.
