Lots of you are jumping on the fitness wagon and vowing to be a healthier you. From creative, nutritious dishes to new exercise regimes, what better way to start the year than with a detox?

Looking Forward

We loved reading all the things you’re getting excited about for the year ahead, whether that’s welcoming a new family member, celebrating another year with your loved ones or starting a new job or project – it’s time to seize the day and strive towards your goals.

Conquering Fears

As Franklin D. Roosevelt once said, ‘the only thing we have to fear is fear itself’. Lots of your resolutions involved facing a fear, with some seriously scary looking spiders and breathtaking heights, leaving your fears and anxieties behind and being a braver you is a great achievement for 2018.

Trying Something New

From flower arranging to keeping alpacas to learning how to ride a motorbike, so many of you are going outside of your comfort zones and trying something new this year. There’s no time like the present to experiment with that hobby you’ve always wanted to give a go, so bring on the confident new you!

Doing Good

Some of you have shared your plans to bring it on by putting others first and donating your time to lots of charity work and worthy causes. We were truly inspired and thrilled to see the kindness and determination to make a difference. Keep up the good work everyone!
