The Little Black Dress Workout: Part 3

We asked Reebok for a workout that would fit easily into our busy lifestyles in the run up to the party season. Planned by professional trainer, Sarah Maxwell, we’ve been following the plan to get a party ready figure. 

If you’ve loved part one and part two, make sure that you complete the full workout with the last four days here. The drinking and dancing is well upon us but you’ve probably got a few days left to squeeze in some last minute exercises. Our final part of the workout plan will ensure you’ll look fabulous in your little black dress.

Before you get started make sure you warm-up for 2-3 minutes before you start the exercises each day. See part one for more tips on how to warm-up.
