Monday Musings: Things we’re loving this week…

From must-reads to must-buys, here is our list of everything you need to do, wear and see now.

Russian fashion week

We’re always on the lookout for style inspiration and there is no one better than the Russian Street Style stars. With billionaire boyfriends it’s no surprise that they regularly covet high fashion and truly one of a kind outfits. Russia fashion week is just around the corner so keep an eye out for some of our favourite stars; editor Mira Duma, model Elena Perminova and designer Ulyana Sergeenko.

Vogue book

Written by the features director of Vogue, Vogue: The Gown documents the history of some of the most beautiful ensembles ever created. The book is illustrated with over 300 fabulous images from the Vogue archive. The visual book is simply a must-have for all fashion lovers.

Christmas jumpers

With only nine weekends left until Christmas Day there is no time to waste. We’re getting into the Christmas spirit by purchasing our festive inspired jumpers in time for the snowy season. From scarves to gift wrap, our Christmas shop already has plenty of your festive supplies.

X Factor

Despite Cheryl’s style trending on Twitter this weekend due to Simon Cowell’s incessant references to a familiar puppet character (namely Kermit), we think she redeemed herself on Sunday night’s The X Factor show with this cute white mini dress. Styling her dress with an on-trend high ponytail, we liked her glamorous, youthful look.

Halloween films

Halloween is just over a week away and we’re getting into the scary mood. Not for the faint hearted, new films including Anabelle about a freakish doll and Ouija about the classic Ouija board are on the top of our list. You’ll find us hiding behind the seats in the cinema.

With lots of exciting events looming from Halloween to Christmas, it’s lucky the clocks are going back this weekend to give us a much needed extra hour of kip before the madness of the festive season begins. We’re making the most out of our forty winks by investing in some heavenly pillows and a new quirky lock to ensure we’re not late for work either.

All homeware

After a dry summer, the heavens have well and truly opened. But we’re embracing the wet weather by taking the opportunity to wear a classic British trench coat and wellies. Our wet weather gear will have you stylishly dressed for the winter rain.
